Industry and many of the people of my generation has grown up listening to his hilarious comedy that has amused people of all ages and groups. Bhanu’s alliance with Jahor Mukhopadhyay has brought the best of comical excellence. Some of his famous movies are Jamalaye Jibonto Manush, Bhanu Goenda Jahor Assistant, Share Chuattor, Bhanu Pelo Lottery etc. I am sure most you (the Bengali people) have listened to his plays that used to be published in Audio Cassettes.
